
CMTS LLC is one of several consultants providing Owner’s Representative services for the estimated $2.8 billion expansion of the Orlando International Airport South Terminal Complex encompassing approximately 300 acres on Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) property.

Construction began on this 2.7 million square foot complex in 2016.



CMTS is providing quality assurance inspections, project coordination, and management services through roles as Director of Safety, Senior Building Inspector, Document Control, and Administration for Operational Readiness.




Working with the overall team, CMTS assists in oversight of day-to-day operations on multiple projects, including:
- Construction of new Terminal C, Phase 1 and 2 ($2.8 billion)
- Landside A and B ticket lobby and counter update/expansion ($400 million)
- Update of all existing airport HVAC systems ($70 million)
- Update/expansion of airside four domestic and international departure and arrival areas ( $120 million).
