
CMTS provided mechanical inspection for various projects at Portland International Airport including the new terminal expansion, Concourse C, and the TES Phase II Tunnel Project which is a 1000 foot tunnel that included retrofitting steam and condensate piping with an additional 750 ft. extension to the tunnel at a later date.

CMTS provided Civil Inspection services for the Runway and Taxiway Improvement projects at Portland International Airport like the Terminal Expansion South Phase II project, which included 6__ to 16__ waterlines, storm and sanitary sewer 20__ to 24__, aviation fuel lines, concrete and structural inspection in the terminal and Concourse C.



Duties included inspecting site work, grading, underground utilities, asphalt paving, pipe removal and installation, the installation of inlets and manholes, sub-grade inspection, paint removal and application, measurement of milling. The company also administered inspections for the connection to existing concrete storm pipe, inlet extensions, underground fire hydrant adjustments, water valve adjustments, stabilizing trenches, pavement removal, and the installation of sub-grade geo-textile, temporary runway threshold relocation and survey monument replacement.
