
The Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) modernization at Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA) included the Bradley West Gates and Bradley Core project.

Major project components were a new core terminal building, 19 new generation aircraft gates, a temporary bus terminal, cooling (5,000 tons), heating (18,610 MBH), and an electrical load of 31,410.27 KVA.

As a sub-consultant, CMTS provided pre-construction services and placed several key personnel in mission-critical roles, including: packaging and buyout of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, baggage claim, and conveyance systems, as well as providing oversight of compliance initiatives for LEED sustainable energy and commissioning programs.

CMTS project staff provided comprehensive support services, including construction superintendents, cost estimators, schedulers, quality control, and administrative personnel.
